How I helped: I conducted a study to identify what factors contributed to making the most successful business unit. I then looked at what could be replicated and what couldn’t – factors that make one location inherently advantageous, and provided my recommendation on direction and next steps.
Outcome: Performance targets were set based on my recommendation and hiring decisions were made to support achieving these targets.
